On-Campus Housing Application

For student housing application for academic year 2016(Fall 2016: September2016 to January2017 and Spring 2017: February 2017 to June 2017), please following the steps as below :

 

1.Please printing Dormitory request form from the 「亞洲大學首頁-行政服務-學生事務處-宿舍服務組-表單下載-表單21Dormitory Application 」 Download . < http://sd.asia.edu.tw/ds/down.html >

2.Application time:  March 16 AM 9:00,2016~ March 30 PM17:00,2016

3.If you cancels your room halfway, the deposit fund will be detained(1000$), and according to regulation of school, accommodating charge will be subtracted.(If you apply 105-1 Dormitory, the deposit fund will be detained)

4.Hand over Unit : Dormitory Service Section

 

Precautions:

If you want to live in Dormitory next two semesters. (One year dorm application) 105-1( September 2016~January 2017)/105-2(February 2017~June 2017).

 

Please apply for it “now”. (March 16 AM 9:00,2016~ March 30 PM17:00,2016)

 

And if you are going to live just for 105-1 semester or you are going to graduate in 105-1 semester, you need to apply for moving-out around January 2017.

 

For those who are going to graduate in 104-2 semester (This semester), please apply for moving-out before you leave dorm. (June~August 2016)

 

Overdue will not be accepted.
