112學年度需申請住宿之學生<111學年度扣點滿15點(含)以上且未申請銷點者不得申請宿舍>，請於112年3月15日至3月29日上網辦理住宿申請，逾時將關閉申請系統，敬請配合。

注意事項
一、申請時間及方式：自112年3月15日(三)9時至112年3月29日(三)17時止，由學生資訊系統(http://webs.asia.edu.tw/stdinfo/)進入，於各項申請中填寫住宿申請單，並注意是否收到申請成功之e-mail，
如未收到，請再次重新申請或於上班時間電洽宿服組詢問(04-23323456分機3261、3262)。
二、下列申請者優先保障床位：(選項請選擇正確，如資格不符將變為抽籤)
1.領有新舊制身心障礙證明或手冊、教育部特殊教育學生鑑定及就學輔導會所核發之鑑定證明書之身心障礙學生。
(由健康中心提供審核名單)
2.領有鄉鎮市公所低收入戶或中低收入戶證明學生。(由生輔組提供審核名單)
3.境外生、原住民生及懷孕學生。(外籍生、僑生、陸生由各負責單位提供名單證明)
4.已獲遴選將擔任次學期宿舍幹部之學生。(由宿舍管理員提出幹部名單)
5.特殊個案需加強關懷學生。(申請者須於申請時間內繳交相關證明文件至宿服組，逾期不予受理)
6.設籍外島、離島、宜蘭、花蓮、台東之學生。(以教務系統之學籍資料為主)
7.依亞洲大學志願服務暨志工人力銀行實施辦法「志工服務認證累計200小時(含)以上，得免抽籤提供住宿資格」。
(申請者須至課服組認證通過)
8.獎勵加點一學年達60點(含)以上之學生。
9.床位依大一日間部新生及1.至8.所列具優先保障床位資格辦理後之餘額，由二年級以上登記住宿學生依抽籤分配之。
3/15(三)9時至3/29(三)17時上班時間辦理證明審查，通過審查者即為住宿正取生。
三、111學年度應屆畢業生、延畢生暫不開放申請宿舍；111學年度扣點滿15點(含)以上且未申請銷點者不得申請宿舍。
四、抽籤結果公告：4月21日（五）17時於宿服組網站公告抽籤結果(註一)，所有正取住宿學生(含優先保障床位)，
須於4月28日(五)15時前繳交住宿保證金1,000元(註二)，5月10日(三)15時另行公告已確定正取住宿學生名單，
始能進行5月16日至5月30日寢室登記作業。
五、二人房僅限二年級以上研究生、博士生或學士後學制學生申請，欲申請二人房者，請至宿服組繳交紙本住宿申請表並登記，完成後由宿服組抽籤正備取，依表定時程公告。(線上申請僅限申請四人房)
六、為維護住宿學生之健康與安全，凡首次申請住宿者，須於入住日前提供前3個月內臺灣地區(台澎金馬)醫院之胸部X光檢查報告，未於規定期限內提供者，取消當學年度住宿資格。
註一：學生宿舍床位數扣除大一新生及優先保障學生床位後，剩餘床位由申請住宿學生依電腦隨機抽籤方式分配。
註二：111學年度已繳交住宿保證金者可直接延用，若111學年度無住宿或無保證金者須補繳。

(1)If you had received 15 penalty points (inclusive) in the 111 academic year, and you haven’t done the repentance services, then your accommodation can’t be applying for next academic year.
(2)This residential lease is for one academic year, so the deposit term is also for one academic year. But the payment of accommodation is by semester.
(3) If you cancel your lodging midway during the lease, the deposit ($1,000 NTD) would not be refund, expect graduating, suspending or transferring. And the accommodation payment would be returned by the terms of "Asia University Guidelines for Student Accommodation Application and Management".
