和自己連線—

自我探索成長團體

讓大我開始現身，與此刻的你連線！！

當你知道自己要什麼，你會前進往那裡去；

當你知道自己不要什麼，你會奔逃往另一個地方去，

要與不要都是一種力量，讓你越來越接近自己、更靠近自己。

當內在的經驗被深刻的聽懂，你會正視自己的聲音，走出自己的路，

讓我們一起碰觸生命，開啟交流，互相對話，照見彼此的渴望與憧憬。

我不知道什麼時候開始你會想要跟自己連上線，更願意探索自己

但我知道這一生總會有一個時間，是你願意開始探索自己與自己連線。

何不此刻就現身，當你看到DM時，就是生命不同的時機了！

 

    招募對象：想更認識自己，覺察自己與探索自己的學生共6-8名。  特別是常覺得不了解自己、不懂自己在想什麼的你/妳，就是你囉！

    團體時間：自104/10/13起的每週二晚上6:30-8:30（10/13、10/20、10/27、11/10、11/17、11/24、12/1、12/8）共八次，期中考週，視狀況調整。

    團體地點：管理大樓M006（諮商輔導組團體諮商室）

    領導者：康翊庭實習諮商心理師(亞洲大學心理系諮商組碩士班)

    全程參與者，將提供參與證書與精美小禮物！

Counseling Center Group~

Interpersonal Explore and Growth

lEligibility: For those would like to explore their interpersonal mode, especially for those who just transferred to a new environment or who wants to precipitate himself/herself, 6-8 students per group.

lFacilitator: Counseling Psychology Practicum Trainee Yi-ting Kang. (Master Class, Department of Counseling Psychology, Asia University)

lDay & Time: Tuesday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., starting from October 13, 8 sessions. Midterm week included if necessary.

lVenue: Room M006

lFor those who participate in all sessions will get a certificate and a gift.
