和自己连线—

自我探索成长团体

让大我开始现身，与此刻的你连线！！

当你知道自己要什么，你会前进往那里去；

当你知道自己不要什么，你会奔逃往另一个地方去，

要与不要都是一种力量，让你越来越接近自己、更靠近自己。

当内在的经验被深刻的听懂，你会正视自己的声音，走出自己的路，

让我们一起碰触生命，开启交流，互相对话，照见彼此的渴望与憧憬。

我不知道什么时候开始你会想要跟自己连上线，更愿意探索自己

但我知道这一生总会有一个时间，是你愿意开始探索自己与自己连线。

何不此刻就现身，当你看到DM时，就是生命不同的时机了！

 

    招募对象：想更认识自己，觉察自己与探索自己的学生共6-8名。  特别是常觉得不了解自己、不懂自己在想什么的你/妳，就是你囉！

    团体时间：自104/10/13起的每周二晚上6:30-8:30（10/13、10/20、10/27、11/10、11/17、11/24、12/1、12/8）共八次，期中考周，视状况调整。

    团体地点：管理大楼M006（谘商辅导组团体谘商室）

    领导者：康翊庭实习谘商心理师(亚洲大学心理系谘商组硕士班)

    全程参与者，将提供参与证书与精美小礼物！

Counseling Center Group~

Interpersonal Explore and Growth

lEligibility: For those would like to explore their interpersonal mode, especially for those who just transferred to a new environment or who wants to precipitate himself/herself, 6-8 students per group.

lFacilitator: Counseling Psychology Practicum Trainee Yi-ting Kang. (Master Class, Department of Counseling Psychology, Asia University)

lDay & Time: Tuesday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., starting from October 13, 8 sessions. Midterm week included if necessary.

lVenue: Room M006

lFor those who participate in all sessions will get a certificate and a gift.
